1. Basic Shipping Information
- Courier: CJ Logistics
- Standard shipping fee: KRW 3,000 (An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies to remote islands/mountainous areas and Jeju Island.)
- Free shipping condition: Free shipping applies to orders with a total payment amount of KRW 50,000 or more. This is based on the actual payment amount after coupons and reward points are applied.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Weekday (Mon–Fri) dispatch:
- Orders paid before 2:00 PM: dispatched the same day as a rule.
- Orders paid after 2:00 PM: dispatched sequentially on the next business day.
- Average delivery time: approximately 1–3 business days from the dispatch date.
- Delivery may be delayed due to courier circumstances, periods of surging volume such as holiday seasons, or natural disasters.

1. Basic Shipping Information
- Shipping method: UPS
- Shipping countries: 8 countries [the 8 countries to be entered]
- International shipping fee: calculated based on the product's Actual Weight and Volume Weight, and charged differentially according to the rate table for each country (region).
- The estimated shipping fee is automatically calculated at the payment stage based on the delivery address entered at the time of order.
- Customs & clearance:
- Customs duties and taxes incurred at the customs office of the receiving country are borne by the recipient (customer).
- If a product is returned due to unpaid customs duties, clearance refusal, etc., only the amount excluding the round-trip international shipping fee and related charges will be refunded.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Overseas dispatch: after order completion, product preparation and special packaging for international shipping require a preparation period of [2–4] business days. (Excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.)
- For pre-order and made-to-order products, dispatch follows the schedule stated on the product page.
- Average delivery time:
- Asia region: approximately 3–8 business days.
- Americas / other regions: approximately 7–14 business days.
- Delivery may take additional time due to customs inspection delays in the destination country, bad weather, or postal logistics conditions in the receiving country.
- Once a tracking number is issued, real-time delivery tracking is available through the UPS website.

- Delivery fee: KRW 3,000
- An additional fee may be required for remote islands/mountainous areas.
- Returns or refunds may be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For defective/misdelivered items, or items delivered differently from the advertisement, please file a request within 3 months.
- Even in the "Preparing Product" status, cancellation may be restricted if packing has already begun in the logistics system; in this case, you must proceed with the return/exchange procedure after receiving the product.
- For cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, you must proceed with the return procedure after receiving the product.
- An exchange service is not provided. Please return the received product and purchase the desired item separately.
- Exchange and return requests must be filed through [My Page > Order History].

- Exchange and return requests must be filed through [My Page > Order History].
- Application period: Requests must be filed within 7 days of the product's shipping date. Returns cannot be accepted for orders for which 7 days have passed after delivery completion.
- Cost guide: For returns or exchanges due to a simple change of mind, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the customer. Returns due to product defects or misdelivery are borne by the Company.
- Notice: Returns may be refused if a violation of our return policy is confirmed, so please be sure to check the ineligibility reasons below.
Reasons exchange/return/refund are not possible:
- The product box has been opened.
- The request is due to damage to the delivery box.
- Minor issues that are difficult to regard as defects, such as fine paint imperfections or air bubbles that may occur during the manufacturing process.
- The product has been lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.
- The value has decreased, due to the passage of time, to the extent that resale is difficult.
- Made-to-order products: items individually produced at the customer's request.
- Cases falling under the consumer's withdrawal-of-subscription restrictions prescribed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
Return application procedure [to be modified to match the app process flow]
- If you file a return request on the Order History page, return pickup by the Company's designated courier is arranged automatically.
- If you return a product without filing a return request in Order History, processing may be delayed.
- Once the return arrives at the Company, a refund is processed after product inspection. Return inspection takes 1–3 days.

- Delivery fee: Based on the box weight matching the total order quantity (volume-weight basis).
- Returns or refunds may be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- For defective/misdelivered items, or items delivered differently from the advertisement, please file a request within 3 months.
- For cancellation requests during the "Preparing Product" status, cancellation may be restricted if packing has already begun in the logistics system; in this case, you must proceed with the return procedure after receiving the product.
- For cancellation requests after the product has been dispatched, you must proceed with the return procedure after receiving the product.

Refund Guide
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time: After the returned product arrives at our logistics center, inspection and internal processing take approximately 5–7 business days.
- Refund completion: After internal processing is complete, it may take an additional 4 business days or so for the amount to be finally deposited into the customer's account (or for the card cancellation to be reflected).
- Refund amount: Please note that only the pure product purchase amount, excluding shipping fees, etc., is refundable.
Price Adjustment & Difference Refund Guide
- This service does not provide a separate price adjustment (difference refund) for price changes after purchase. If the price of a purchased product is reduced and you wish to receive the benefit, please place a new order at the reduced price and then return the original order. However, for returns due to a simple change of mind, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer and is deducted from the refund amount.
