Account Deletion Support
To delete your PLAY IN THE BOX account, please follow the steps below.
Delete Account in the App
1. Open the PLAY IN THE BOX app and log in.
2. Go to Account > Profile > Delete Account.
3. Review the warning information and proceed with the deletion request.
4. Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.
Request Deletion via Support Email
If you cannot access the app, please send a deletion request to the following address: support@playinthebox.com
To verify account ownership, please include your account email, display name, and the reason for your request.
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days after identity verification is complete.
If further verification is needed, we will contact you via email.
What Will Be Deleted
Once deletion is complete, your profile information and access to the app account will be removed.
You will not be able to log in with a deleted account.
What May Be Retained
If required by applicable laws, some transaction records may be retained for a limited period (e.g., payment, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records).
Retained records are stored solely for legal compliance and security purposes.
